Months of Service

Example Definitions of "Months of Service"
Months of Service. Shall mean a Participant's completed full Months of full-time employment with the Company. For purposes of this definition, a Participant will receive credit for an additional full Month of Service in excess of the number of full Months (of 30 days each) of full-time employment with the Company to the extent he or she has at least an additional 16 days of full-time employment with the Company.
