An annualized rate of interest equal to 130% times Moody's Composite Average of Yields on Corporate Bonds as determined from Moody's Bond Record published by Moody's Investor's Service, Inc. The Company shall accumulate the Participant's deferred compensation with monthly interest equivalent to an annualized rate of 130% times Moody's Composite Average of Yields on Corporate Bonds for the preceding calendar month as determined from Moody's Bond Record published by Moody's Investor's Service, Inc. (or any successor thereto), or, if such monthly yield is no longer published, a substantially similar average selected by the Committee.
