Mortgage Assignment

Mortgage Assignment. Shall mean with respect to each Mortgage Loan, a transfer and assignment of the Mortgage with respect thereto from Borrower executed and recorded in the applicable jurisdiction.

Mortgage Assignment. An assignment, notice of transfer or equivalent instrument, in recordable form (excepting therefrom, if applicable, the name of the assignee and/or the Mortgage recordation information which has not yet been returned from the applicable recorder's office), which is in form sufficient under the laws of the U.S. jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Premises are located to reflect of record the sale of the Mortgage.
