Motorola Inventory

Motorola Inventory. Shall mean any and all inventory now or hereafter sold by any Motorola Party to any Credit Party pursuant to the Distribution Agreements, including without limitation any such inventory consisting of Motorola cellular telephone equipment, Motorola two-way radios, Motorola messaging products and Motorola accessories.
