Motorola Liens

Motorola Liens. Shall mean any and all Liens on any of the Collateral which may be now or hereafter granted to Motorola by any or all of the Credit Parties pursuant to the Motorola Credit Documents or otherwise to secure any and all of the Motorola Indebtedness, including without limitation any replacement Lien in any Post-Petition Collateral granted to Motorola in any Insolvency Proceeding.
