MSA

MSA. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement

MSA. Means the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement between Sonus and Gensia Sicor Pharmaceutical Sales, Inc. (now known as Sicor Pharmaceuticals, Inc.), effective as of June 26, 2002.

MSA. The term "MSA" shall mean a Metropolitan Statistical Area as defined by the United States Census Bureau from time to time. An MSA shall not include any city or town otherwise falling within the MSA which has at least 10 miles of continuous undeveloped and sparsely populated rural land between every portion of its boundary and the boundary of the city which serves as the primary metropolitan area for the MSA.

MSA. A collective reference to this Master Services Agreement, the Service Orders issued hereunder and all Exhibits thereto and hereto including the Service Level Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (the SLA)

MSA. That certain Master Services Agreement (Development and Manufacturing Services), dated as of February 19, 2008, as amended, entered into by and between Proteolix, Inc. (and subsequently assigned to Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) and CAMBRIDGE, including all statements of work and other attachments thereto, as may be validly amended by the Parties from time to time

MSA. 'metropolitan statistical area' as determined by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget
