MSCI Index TSR Percentage. Means the compounded annual growth rate, expressed as a percentage (rounded to the nearest tenth of a percent (0.1%)), in the value of the MSCI REIT Index during the Performance Period, calculated in a manner consistent with Section 2(c) above from publicly available information.
