MSV Investors Group

MSV Investors Group. Means the entities listed under the caption "MSV Investors Group" in Schedule I, as well as any subsequent owner of Shares or Units owned by the MSV Investors Group as of the date of this Agreement, where such Shares or Units are transferred to such subsequent owner in accordance with the terms of Section 2.03 of this Agreement.
