MT Bank Entities

MT Bank Entities. Means M&T Bank and its Affiliates and its or their predecessors, successors (subject to Section 6 (Change in Control / Acquisitions)) and permitted assigns (subject to Section 9.1 (Assignment)). For the avoidance of doubt, the M&T Bank Entities include, but are not limited to, the Entities listed on Exhibit A to this Agreement, all of which M&T Bank represents fall within the definition of "M&T Bank" or "Affiliates," as defined in this Agreement.
