Multiemployer Plan
Multiemployer Plan. Shall mean a Pension Plan that is subject to the requirements of Subtitle E of Title IV of ERISA.

Multiemployer Plan. Shall mean a "multiemployer plan" as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA to which Borrower is making or accruing an obligation to make contributions, or has within any of the preceding three plan years made or accrued an obligation to make contributions
Multiemployer Plan. Shall mean a multiemployer plan as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA as to which Guarantor or any ERISA Affiliate has made or is required to make contributions or has any actual or potential liability.
