Multiple of Initial Equity. The quotient of (A) the Success Payment Value divided by (B) the original Series A Preferred Stock purchase price of $1.00 (each of clauses (A) and (B) as adjusted, in each case, for any stock dividend, stock split, combination of shares, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification or other similar event)

Multiple of Initial Equity. Means (A) the Success Payment Value divided by (B) $4.00 (as adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, combination of shares, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification or other similar event).
