(i) two if the Executive's Date of Termination (as defined herein) occurs on or prior to the first anniversary of the Effective Date, and (ii) one if the Executive's Date of Termination occurs after the first anniversary of the Effective Date but on or prior to the second anniversary of the Effective Date.
