Multiplier

Example Definitions of "Multiplier"
Multiplier. Means the fraction equal to (i) the Public ---------- Offering Price divided by (ii) the Per Share Tender Offer Price.
Multiplier. The number, determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 12 hereof, which is multiplied by EBITDA for the applicable calendar year in order to calculate Purchase Price for purposes of Section 12 hereof.
Multiplier. The number 250,000 used in Subsection 3.3.1, below, the number 150,000 used in Subsection 3.3.2, below, and the number 250,000 used in Subsection 3.3.3, below, but only prior to the date that the Incentive Bonus to which that Multiplier relates has been earned, if at all;
