Mykrolis Group

Mykrolis Group. Shall mean Mykrolis, each subsidiary and Affiliated Company of Mykrolis (other than any member of the Millipore Group), after giving effect to the Non-US Plan, and each Company that becomes a subsidiary or Affiliated Company of Mykrolis.
