n Plan Year. The Plan Year for this Plan shall be the 12-month period designated by the Company from time to time, provided that the initial Plan Year shall be the period from September 1, 1997 through December 31, 1997. The second and each subsequent Plan Year shall be the Company's fiscal year (i.e., July 1 of each year through June 30 of the following year) commencing with fiscal year 1998 (i.e., July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998).
