Named Executive Officer

Named Executive Officer. If applicable, a Participant who, as of the date of vesting and/or payout of an Award is one of the group of "covered employees," as defined under in the regulations promulgated under Section 162(m) of the Code, or any successor statute

Named Executive Officer. Means an Eligible Employee who as of the date of grant, vesting and/or payout of an Award or Option is deemed by the Committee to be a "covered employee" as defined in Code Section 162(m) and the regulations thereunder.

Named Executive Officer. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Item 402(a)(2) of Regulation S-B of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Named Executive Officer. Means UST Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer and the next four highest paid executive officers, as reported in UST Inc.'s proxy statement pursuant to Regulation S-K, Item 402(a)(3) for a given year.

Named Executive Officer. Shall mean the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, or any person who is, for the Company's current fiscal year, or is expected to be for the Company's next fiscal year, one of the four most highly paid executive officers of the Company, other than the Chief Executive Officer.

Named Executive Officer. PepsiCo's Chief Executive Officer and PepsiCo's next four highest paid executive officers, as reported in PepsiCo's proxy statement pursuant to Regulation S-K, Item 402(a)(3) for a given year.

Named Executive Officer. For any Fiscal Year, the Corporation's executive officers who's individual compensation information was disclosed in the Corporation's proxy statement in connection with the Corporation's Annual Meeting of Shareholders pursuant to the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, as may be amended from time-to-time

Named Executive Officer. Shall mean each of Walter F. Ulloa, Philip C. Wilkinson, Christopher T. Young, Jeffrey A. Liberman and John F. DeLorenzo.
