Nanosys Collaboration IP

Nanosys Collaboration IP. Shall mean (i) Nanosys' intellectual property rights in Collaboration Technology of Nanosys, which intellectual property rights were created by Nanosys' employees or contractors (solely or jointly) in the course of specifically working on the Collaboration and (ii) all intellectual property of Nanosys created by or for Nanosys based on DuPont Confidential Information disclosed to Nanosys in connection with, or DuPont Confidential Information generated under, the Collaboration.
