NASCs Knowledge

NASCs Knowledge. Means the actual knowledge of any of the directors, officers or managerial personnel of NASC with respect to the matter in question, and such knowledge as any of the directors, officers or managerial personnel of NASC reasonably should have obtained upon diligent investigation and inquiry into the matter in question.
