Example Definitions of "National Securities Exchange"
National Securities Exchange. Shall mean any national stock exchange on which the Company's Common Stock is traded; provided, however, that if the Company's Common Stock is traded on more than one national stock exchange, then National Securities Exchange shall mean the NASDAQ Stock Market or such stock exchange as otherwise designated by the Board at least 15 days prior to the scheduled beginning of an Offering Period
National Securities Exchange. Means an exchange registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 6(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and any successor to such statute.
National Securities Exchange. Means any exchange registered as a national securities exchange under the terms and conditions of Section 6 and in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions then in effect).
