NBC CABLE NETWORKS

NBC CABLE NETWORKS. Means the NBC owned-and-operated cable services or channels set forth in Exhibit 1.23 hereto that transmit television programs over cable or via satellite, and the Paxson network; provided that any such service or channel not listed on Exhibit 1.23 may be added to this Agreement only if it does not put DCCI in default of a third party agreement or otherwise expose DCCI to any third party liability.
