NCIF Allocation Agreement

NCIF Allocation Agreement. Collectively, that certain New Markets Tax Credit Program Allocation Agreement (Control Number: 09NMA000042), with a Notice of Allocation date of October 30,2009, by and among the NCIF Allocatee, the NCIF Sub-CDE, other Subsidiary Allocatees of the NCIF Allocatee, and the CDFI Fund, governing the Allocation and Sub-Allocation, as such agreement may be further amended from time to time.
