Negotiable Collateral. All of Debtor's present and future letters of credit, notes, drafts, instruments, certificated and uncertificated securities (including the shares of stock of subsidiaries of Borrower), documents, personal property leases wherein Borrower is the lessor, chattel paper, and Borrower's books and records relating to each of the foregoing.
Negotiable Collateral. Shall mean all of Borrower's present and future letters of credit, letter of credit rights, notes, drafts, instruments, investment property, securities (including the shares of capital stock or other equity or membership interests of United States subsidiaries of Borrower), documents, personal property leases (wherein Borrower is the lessor) and chattel paper.
