NEM. Means NASCAR Event Management, Inc. which has been authorized by the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. ("NASCAR") to grant certain NASCAR-owned and/or NASCAR-controlled rights to PROMOTER and perform certain obligations that are specified in this Agreement.
