Neose Improvements. Means any and all Improvements relating to the Neose Technology made, conceived, or reduced to practice by (i) either Neose or Novo or both in the conduct of the Work Plan under this Agreement or (ii) Neose or jointly by Neose and Novo under this Agreement, in each case, other than the Novo Materials, the Novo Materials modified using the Neose Technology and New Products.
