Neose Process

Neose Process. Shall mean the process described and delivered by Neose for the production of GlycoPEGylated erythropoietin in ****** cells using a baculovirus expression system, including but not limited to all Neose Deliverables and intellectual property associated with the creation or implementation of such process.
