Example Definitions of "Net Assets"
Net Assets. The total assets of the Company (other than intangibles) at cost, before deducting depreciation, reserves for bad debt or other non-cash reserves, less total liabilities, calculated quarterly by the Company of a basis consistently applied.
Net Assets. The total assets of the Company Assets (other than intangibles) at cost, before deducting depreciation, reserves for bad debt debts or other non-cash reserves, less total liabilities, calculated at least quarterly by the Company of on a basis consistently applied.

Net Assets. Shall mean total assets less total Liabilities of the Company as of 11:59 p.m. Chicago time on the Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date.

Net Assets. Means at any time of determination thereof, the owner's equity of the Borrower as set forth in the most recent financial statements of the Borrower delivered to the Facility Agent pursuant to this Agreement.
