Net Book Value Difference. Means, as applicable, the Actual Net Book Value less the Estimated Net Book Value, or the Estimated Net Book Value less the Actual Net Book Value. 15 "Order" means any award, decision, injunction, judgment, order, ruling, subpoena, or verdict entered, issued, made, or rendered by any court, administrative agency, or other Governmental Authority or by any arbitrator or mediator.
