Net Capital Flows

Net Capital Flows. With respect to each Fund for the relevant period, all capital raised during such period for a particular Fund, including dividend reinvestment or similar programs, minus all redemptions or repurchases of capital during such period, but excluding any SSG balance sheet investments in the Adviser's products. For the avoidance of doubt, Net Capital Flows can be a negative number.
