Net Electric Output

Net Electric Output. Shall mean the Energy production generated by NMP-2 less (a) the Energy used to operate NMP-2, but excluding Off-site Power Service used to operate NMP-2 as defined in the NMP-2 ICA, and (b) the Energy used in the transformation and transmission of electric power to the Delivery Point, provided that for purposes of this Agreement, such Net Electric Output shall not be less than zero.
