Net Insurance Proceeds

Net Insurance Proceeds. Shall mean cash proceeds received by Agent (or which Agent is lawfully entitled to receive) and, except for the sharing provisions set forth herein, which Agent is entitled to retain for the benefit of itself and the Pre-Petition Lenders on account of any insurance on any of the Property, but excluding any insurance proceeds used for the repair or replacement of any loss of or damage to any of the Property.
