Net License Revenues

Net License Revenues. Royalties actually received by Discovery Labs or an Affiliate from third-party licensees or sublicensees on account of commercial sales of AEROSURF (whether based on the AEROSURF System or any Next Generation System(s)), including sales of related AEROSURF Consumables, in the Territory in accordance with terms and conditions of the applicable licensing or sublicensing agreement.
