Net Licensing Revenues. With respect to any Product, the aggregate consideration received by Eton or its Affiliates in connection with the grant by Eton or its Affiliates to a Licensee of a license, immunity or other right under the Assigned Patent Rights to offer to sell, sell or otherwise commercialize such Product, excluding amounts calculated on the sales price of such Product.
