Example Definitions of "Net Long Shares"
Net Long Shares. Will be limited to the number of shares of Company's common stock that are beneficially owned by any Person that constitute such Person's net long position as defined in Rule 14e-4 promulgated under the Exchange Act (except that for purposes of such definition, the date that the tender offer is first announced will instead refer to the date for determining or documenting such Person's Net Long Shares and the reference to the highest tender price will refer to the market price on such date)
Net Long Shares.
