Example Definitions of "Net Profit"
Net Profit. All sales, revenues, income and monies less all costs and expenses, including, depreciation and selling, general and administrative expenses.
Net Profit. For purposes of this Operating Agreement, and the Members Agreement, "Net Profit" means the gross revenue of the Company, less expenses, determined under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, except that adjustments shall be made such that "Net Profit" is not reduced by amortization of good-will, or start-up costs that arise from the purchase transactions contemplated in the Members Agreement.
