Net Real Estate Proceeds
Net Real Estate Proceeds. Shall mean, as of and through any particular date, the cumulative Gross Real Estate Proceeds received by Purchaser as of and through such date less the cumulative Development Expenses incurred by Purchaser as of and through such date.
