Net Recovery Amount
Net Recovery Amount. Shall mean: (i) the gross amount of any recovered Restitution Payment as described in Section 5 hereof; minus (ii) the reasonable third-party expenses incurred by MB Bank relating to the recovery under subpart (i) hereof.
