Net Sales Margins

Net Sales Margins. The actual gross sale revenue of Material made by Candeo or its assignee or assignees to third party purchasers, less (a) all reasonable direct costs, fees and expenses of such sales, (b) all sales, use, and other similar taxes paid or payable in connection with the particular transaction involved and not reimbursed or reimbursable by the purchaser, and (c) amounts credited or refunded to the purchaser for returned or defective goods.
