Example Definitions of "NET SAVINGS"
NET SAVINGS. Shall mean the net amount saved by a customer of the LICENSEE and its ASSOCIATE S and SUBLICENSEES if electricity or fuel cost or waste disposal cost have been reduced by use of LICENSED PRODUCTS and LICENSED PROCESSES.
