Net Settlement Fund

Net Settlement Fund. Means the amount remaining in the Horizon Settlement Fund for distribution to authorized claimant Class Members after the payment of reasonable notice expenses, taxes and tax-related expenses, bank escrow charges, settlement administration expenses, and such attorneys' fees and litigation expenses as may be awarded by the Court to Class Counsel.
