Netro Average Price. The Purchase Price may be paid, at the election of Netro, in cash or in shares of Netro Common Stock, valued based on the average closing price of such Common Stock on the Nasdaq National Market over the thirty (30) trading days immediately preceding and ending on the Option Exercise Date (the "Netro Average Price").
