NetScreen Proprietary Technology

NetScreen Proprietary Technology. Means the software, firmware, hardware, technology and Know–How that is proprietary to NetScreen and/or its licensors, including, but not limited to those items described in the relevant Exhibits attached hereto, including all Intellectual Property embodied therein. NetScreen Proprietary Technology also includes product technology, Specifications, engineering documentation and manufacturing and testing processes.
