Neuromed Personnel

Neuromed Personnel. All employees, agents, subcontractors, and representatives of Neuromed (or of Neuromed's Affiliate) who perform any Development or Transition Services under this Agreement, which personnel are listed on Appendix D, attached hereto (which list may be updated from time to time by Neuromed with the consent of Mallinckrodt, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
