New Closing Date

New Closing Date. Shall mean May 11, 2001, provided, however, that Buyer shall have the right to postpone the New Closing Date to June 11, 2001 or any other date between May 11, 2001 and June 11, 2001 as Buyer shall designate in writing, if Buyer certifies to Sellers in writing that the requirements of the holders of the Existing Indebtedness or Buyer's lender(s) cannot be met in time for a May 11th closing.
