New Containers. Which are and shall form and be a part of the Forbearance Collateral, and such New Containers are and shall be free and clear of all other liens, security interests, claims or other encumbrances, including, without limitation, any lien, security interest, claim or other encumbrance in favor of the Senior Secured Note Trustee or relating to the Senior Secured Notes.
