New Credit Agreement

New Credit Agreement. That certain Amended and Restated Commitment Letter dated November 13, 2005 from Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in favor of Koch Forest Products Holdings LLC and Koch Forest Products Inc. pursuant to which it is anticipated that a group of lenders will provide a senior secured credit facility to Koch Forest Products Inc, Georgia-Pacific Corporation and certain other borrowers (such senior secured credit facility, the "New Credit Agreement")

New Credit Agreement. Shall mean that certain Revolving Credit and Security Agreement, dated as of December 29, 2005, by and among National City Business Credit, Inc., as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent, National City Bank, as Issuer, Lead Arranger and Sole Book Runner, the lenders party thereto, the Borrowers party thereto and the Guarantors party thereto (as amended through the Closing Date).
