Example Definitions of "New Customers"
New Customers. Means any customer for Existing Products/Services or New Products/Services that is not an Existing Customer, and expressly include affiliates of Existing Customers that are not subject to a binding commercial contract to provide the Existing Products/Services as of the date of this Agreement.
