Example Definitions of "New Preferred Stock"
New Preferred Stock. Means Convertible Preferred Stock Series 2003 of the Buyer.
New Preferred Stock. Means additional issuances of preferred stock, no par value, of the Company of up to $10,000,000.
New Preferred Stock. A new series of the Company's Preferred Stock issued in the Qualified Financing, which new series may be Series A-2 Preferred Stock or a series of Preferred Stock not presently authorized.
New Preferred Stock. Shall mean the class or series of Preferred Stock sold in the Next Preferred Equity Financing.
