New Product

New Product. Means those products that could not be -------------- considered Enhancements of Existing Products but instead would materially change the features or functionality of an Existing Product or are otherwise announced or marketed by Lantronix as a new product.

New Product. Shall mean any Novo Materials described in clause (i) of Section 1.33 modified by using the Neose Technology.

New Product. New items or variations of current Product that Company and Contractor have agreed in writing to be covered by this Agreement.

Means any Citrix Product distributed, licensed or sold or to be distributed, licensed or sold by or on behalf of Citrix after the Effective Date which is comprised entirely of or incorporates, implements, integrates with and/or embodies all or any portion(s) of the Avistar Technology or Deliverables.

New Product. Means a device, component, kit or disposable designed and sold by Arthrex that is based upon or utilizes Intellectual Property Rights included in the Technology and contains an Enhancement which Enhancement either (a) significantly improves the safety or efficacy of the device, component, kit or disposable as compared to the Product, or (b) results in a new intended use for the device, component, kit or disposable as compared to the Product, and in each case for which Arthrex has received... marketing clearance or approval from a governmental or regulatory authority separate and apart from the Product Registration Rights transferred hereunder; provided, however, that a device, component, kit or disposable will not be deemed to be a "New Product" as a result of a modification to the specification or manufacturing of the Product Line, as it exists as of the date hereof, implemented to address performance, responsiveness or other quality issues identified on Exhibit A-6 attached hereto (regardless of whether such modifications require clearance or approval from any governmental or regulatory authority); and provided, further, a device, component, kit or disposable shall only be deemed to be a "New Product" solely in such jurisdiction(s) or market(s) where Arthrex has received clearance or approval from a governmental or regulatory authority for such device, component, kit or disposable. New Product. A product that is solely developed and/or owned by NEXVET, or to which NEXVET has exclusive rights, which is (i) a canine, feline or equine monoclonal antibody which has been derived from the PETization technology or (ii) a canine, feline or equine receptor fusion protein, and for either of which a Specific Distribution Agreement has not been entered into by the Parties

New Product. A product developed by or on behalf of ENERGOUS after the Effective Date that is not a Product Update; provided, however, that "New Products" exclude any product developed by a successor or acquirer of ENERGOUS.

New Product. Product(s) identified in Build Schedule which were jointly developed by BASA and MEP based on Joint Intellectual Property, and which are manufactured and assembled by BASA. Such New Products shall carry labeling to be agreed by both parties, including "Manufactured by Basanite."
