New Release

New Release. The term "New Release" shall mean a new version of a Product prepared to incorporate one or more of the following: (i) improvement of speed, performance, capacity, ease of use or other aspects of a Product; (ii) correction of Nonconformities in the Software; (iii) the addition and/or deletion of features and/or functionality; or (iv) revision of a Product as necessary or desirable for the Product to operate with any upgraded versions of, or replacements for, any operating system.

New Release. Shall mean a major upgrade or successor version of a Program for which Licensor charges a separate license fee as defined by a separate SOW, and which is designated by Licensor as a new release.

New Release. Means a release of the Solution which consists of a new version with substantial enhancements, added functionality, or new features typically denoted by a change to the number to the left of the first decimal point (e.g., a change from 2.x to 3.x).
