New Senior Note Indenture. Means the indentures pursuant to which the New Senior Note Issuers co-issued 13% Senior Secured Notes due 2007, dated as of February 18, 2004, among the New Senior Notes Issuers, Jordan Industries, Inc., as guarantor, and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee.
